For an extra £20 we can make a silicone gel cast (pair) of your impressions, so that if you ever require any custom-made product from Puretone you will not need to visit a retailer to get impressions made. Any chargeable options can be discussed with your dealer.

Puretone Music Custom-Made Voucher Terms and Conditions:

This voucher entitles the bearer to order the custom-made Puretone Music product as listed, including ear impressions. Chargeable options are not included. Each voucher is individually numbered and only redeemable once.

This voucher is only valid and redeemable in the UK.

Issued by and the property of Puretone Ltd, this voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

Puretone take no responsibility for any loss or damaged vouchers, or any loss that may occur as a result of voucher theft, impersonation or identity fraud. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The exact date will be printed on the voucher. You must redeem the voucher before this date or the voucher will cease to be valid.

Refunds can be made on unused vouchers within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the voucher, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card, or in some cases by cheque.
After voucher purchase, Puretone will provide contact details of a suitable reseller in your local area. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange an appointment for ear impressions. If the voucher is used at a later date, dealer contact details can be obtained from www.puretonepartnership.net
